■About the product
Due to different inspection standards, overseas products may have poor stitching compared to domestic products.
Protruding threads that are not the source of fraying, tight buttonholes, creases, etc. are not considered to be initial defects.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless there are obvious scratches, stains, or poor stitching.
■About color and size

■About shipping
□Shipping estimate
Same-day products will be shipped within 1 business day if ordered by 11am, and regular products will usually be shipped within 16 business days.
*Please note that due to the effects of COVID-19 or delivery issues, or if you live in a remote area, it may take longer than the above-mentioned number of days.
*If the ordered item is shipped internationally, it will take approximately 4 to 7 days from the shipping notification to delivery.
*Due to the system, each product page does not indicate whether the product is in stock or regular stock, so if you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance.
*The day after your order (payment) is counted as the first business day.
□ About shipping charges
690 yen (excluding some areas)
890 yen for some areas (Hokkaido / Okinawa / Kagoshima)
□ About split delivery
If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
If you purchase same-day delivery items and regular items at the same time, they will be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
□ Regarding re-delivery due to long-term absence etc.
-Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations or returns in cases of long-term absence or refusal to accept the item.
- If the delivery company's storage period expires due to a long absence or refusal to accept the item, the shipped item may be returned to us at cost.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, so if we need to reship an item that has exceeded its storage period, we will have to pay the return shipping fee to our company before we can reship it.
□About the delivery address
If the delivery address is unknown or there are incomplete information, it may take longer than usual for the product to be delivered.
We cannot accept cancellations or returns of orders due to delivery delays caused by unknown addresses or incomplete input.
We may not be able to accept address changes or corrections after shipment.

We do not accept date and time specifications.
□ About product packaging
・Products will be folded for shipping. Some products may be prone to wrinkles, and may have strong creases or folds.
・Since the product may be shipped from overseas, wrinkles or damage to the package may occur during shipping. Please note that if there is no problem with use, the product will not be eligible for exchange or return.
□About tracking numbers (waybill numbers)
Some products sold in the online store are shipped from overseas.
For international shipping, it may take around 2 days for the tracking number (waybill number) to be updated. Thank you for your understanding.
□About international shipping (for products shipped from overseas)
For products shipped from overseas, customs clearance may take some time.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in customs clearance procedures or delivery dates caused by the shipping company's circumstances.
*If your order has not arrived within the specified number of days after shipping, please contact us.
□About international shipping (for orders shipped overseas)
International Shipping (For deliveries outside Japan) customs duties may apply.
* There are no customs duties for deliveries within Japan, even if the item is shipped from outside the country.

■Returns and exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns of your order if you refuse to accept the item after it has been shipped or are absent for an extended period of time.
If a defective product or a product different from the ordered product is delivered, we will exchange it (or return/refund if the product is out of stock).
□If we cannot accept an exchange (return)
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges (returns) in the following cases.
・If the product is damaged or scratched while in the customer's possession
・If the product tag, delivery note, product box, spare buttons, or other accessories are lost or damaged
・If the product tag has been removed by the customer
・If the product shows signs of use

・Discounted items
- Products that have been returned without our permission or using a procedure other than that specified by our company
- In the case of protruding threads etc. that occur during manufacturing
・Odors occurring during manufacturing and storage
・If the sewing is different from what you expected
・In the case of minor scratches or stains
・If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived
・If delivery delays occur due to an unknown address or incomplete input
- If there are no problems with use, such as wrinkles on the product or damage to the packaging that occurred during transportation
□ How to exchange (return)
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product by sending a photo of the defective part to the email address listed below.
Please attach photos so that we can clearly see all defects.
Please also include a photo of the barcode sticker attached to the transparent bag the product is in. If you lose this, it may take some time for us to check.
After contacting us, please return the item following the procedure specified by us, which we will send to you by email.
We will not be able to accept any returned items if they are sent using procedures other than those specified by our company.
Even if you contact us within 3 days after receiving the product, we will not be able to accept an exchange (return) if we do not receive any further contact from you for 7 days or more.
□ Refund method
Once your order has been shipped, the refund will generally be credited to your bank account.
